Rabbits and the moon

Once upon a time, in a lush meadow nestled between two rolling hills, there lived two curious rabbits named Luna and Thumper. Luna was a silvery-gray rabbit with eyes as bright as the full moon, while Thumper was a sandy-brown rabbit with a mischievous twinkle in his eye.

Every night, Luna and Thumper would gaze up at the sky, marveling at the beauty of the moon. Luna, with her dreams as vast as the night sky, yearned to touch the moon and dance among the stars. Thumper, ever the adventurous one, was determined to help her achieve her dream.

One evening, as the moon hung low in the sky, Thumper hatched a daring plan. «Let’s build a ladder to the moon,» he suggested, his whiskers twitching with excitement. Luna’s eyes widened in wonder at the idea.

Together, they gathered twigs, leaves, and soft moss, fashioning them into a sturdy ladder that stretched high into the night sky. With each step, Luna’s heart danced with anticipation, her eyes fixed on the radiant moon above.

As they neared the top, a gentle breeze whispered through the meadow, carrying the soft melody of the night. Luna’s fur shimmered in the moonlight, and Thumper couldn’t help but be captivated by her beauty.

With one final leap, Luna reached out and touched the glowing orb, her heart soaring with joy. Suddenly, a shower of silver dust rained down, enveloping them in a shimmering embrace.
