Halloween had finally arrived in Adventure Bay, and the entire town buzzed with excitement. The streets were decorated with glowing pumpkins, hanging spider webs, and colorful lanterns that flickered in the cool autumn breeze. Children laughed as they tried on costumes—pirates, witches, superheroes, and even a few friendly monsters.

At the Lookout, Ryder gathered the Paw Patrol pups.
“Tonight is Halloween, and we’re going to help keep Adventure Bay safe while everyone has fun,” he explained. “But we can also enjoy the night together. Who’s ready for a spooky adventure?”

“Me, me, me!” barked the pups in unison.

Each pup had worked on a special costume. Chase wore his police hat decorated with orange stripes. Marshall had a glowing pumpkin badge pinned to his firefighter vest. Skye had tiny bat wings attached to her aviator uniform, and Rubble waddled around dressed as a ghost, making everyone laugh. Rocky had painted his pup pack with green slime designs, and Zuma carried a glow stick shaped like a bone.

The pups marched proudly into town, where families were already starting to trick or treat. Everything seemed perfect—until a sudden cold wind swept through the streets, making the lanterns flicker. In the distance, a deep, echoing howl rolled across the bay.

“W-what was that?” Marshall stuttered, his teeth clattering louder than his firetruck’s ladder.

“Sounded like a werewolf!” Rubble whispered, trying to hide under his ghost sheet.

Ryder stayed calm. “Easy, pups. We’ll figure it out. No job is too big, no pup is too small—even on Halloween.”

The Paw Patrol split into teams. Chase and Marshall searched near the candy stands, while Skye soared above the rooftops. Zuma and Rocky checked the park, and Rubble stayed close to Ryder, still looking nervous. Everywhere they went, the townspeople asked the same question: “Did you hear that scary howl?”

As they reached the park, Skye swooped down. “Ryder, I saw something moving near the fountain. It looked… big.”

The pups crept closer. The air grew colder, and the shadows seemed to stretch across the ground. Suddenly, another howl echoed, louder than before. The pups froze, ears perked and tails low.

“Stay together,” Ryder whispered. “Let’s see what it is.”

They rounded the fountain and gasped. A giant pumpkin, taller than Rubble, was rolling across the grass. Behind it, dark shapes flickered in the lantern light. For a moment, it looked like the pumpkin was alive, chasing after them.

Marshall yelped and stumbled backward, knocking Chase into the bushes. “It’s a haunted pumpkin!”

But then Ryder noticed something. “Look—those shadows are children! They’re trying to push the pumpkin for their Halloween game.”

The pups blinked in surprise. Sure enough, a group of kids in costumes were struggling to roll the enormous pumpkin into the town square. The howling sound came from a speaker one of them had left on to make the event scarier.

“Phew, mystery solved,” sighed Rocky. “Not a haunted pumpkin after all.”

Still, the children needed help. The pumpkin had rolled too far and was stuck near the fountain’s edge. One more push and it might tumble into the water, ruining the kids’ Halloween surprise.

“Paw Patrol is on a roll!” Ryder called.

Chase directed traffic so no one else got in the way. Rubble dug a trench with his shovel to stop the pumpkin from rolling further. Marshall steadied it with his ladder, while Rocky added wooden planks for balance. Zuma fetched ropes, and Skye shone her flashlight from above so everyone could see clearly.

“Okay, pups, all together now!” Ryder said.

With one mighty heave, they lifted and guided the giant pumpkin back to the children. The crowd cheered, and the pups’ tails wagged with pride.

But just when they thought the adventure was over, another noise echoed across the square—a chilling creak, followed by the sound of rattling chains. The pups spun around. Near the old library, a tall shadow moved slowly, almost floating.

“Th-th-that’s not a pumpkin,” Marshall whispered, trembling.

The children gasped. Even Ryder frowned. “Hmm… Let’s check it out.”

The Paw Patrol approached carefully. As they got closer, the figure stumbled and… fell apart into a pile of costumes and decorations. Out popped Mayor Humdinger, tangled in fake cobwebs and carrying a box of props for his Halloween show.

“Mayor Humdinger!” Ryder said. “Were you trying to scare everyone?”

“I-I just wanted to add some drama to the celebration!” the mayor sputtered, covered in glittering bats and rubber spiders.

The pups laughed with relief. Chase wagged his tail. “Case closed. Mystery solved.”

With everything safe, the town square lit up for the Halloween party. There was candy, music, and games. The giant pumpkin became the centerpiece of the night, glowing with a carved smiling face. Children danced in their costumes, and the Paw Patrol joined in, still dressed in theirs.

As the moon rose high, Ryder gathered the pups. “Tonight we learned that Halloween can be a little spooky, but it’s really about helping, sharing, and having fun together.”

The pups howled happily at the silver moon, their voices echoing across Adventure Bay. This Halloween had been filled with mystery, teamwork, and laughter—a true Paw Patrol Halloween Adventure to remember.
