Chapter 1: The Tower

Rapunzel lived in a tall, dark tower, far away from the rest of the world. An old witch named Mother Gothel had taken her away from her parents when she was just a baby. The witch wanted to keep Rapunzel for herself because her hair had magical powers. When Mother Gothel sang to Rapunzel, her hair glowed, and it could heal wounds and make people young again.
Rapunzel spent her days singing and dreaming of the outside world. She loved to look out of her tower window and watch the birds fly and the trees sway. But she was lonely. She wished to play with other children and see the flowers in the meadows.
One sunny day, while Rapunzel was singing, a handsome prince rode by the tower. He heard her beautiful voice and stopped to listen. He looked up and saw Rapunzel at the window. “Who is that?” he wondered. The prince was enchanted by her beauty and wanted to meet her.
The prince called out, “Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair!” Rapunzel was surprised but excited. She let her long hair fall from the window, and the prince climbed up to see her. When they met, they shared stories and dreams. They laughed and talked for hours. Rapunzel felt happy for the first time in years.
But Mother Gothel was watching. She was furious when she discovered that Rapunzel had been seeing the prince. “You are not allowed to see him!” she shouted. So, she locked Rapunzel in the tower and cut off her beautiful hair.
Chapter 2: The Escape
Days passed, and Rapunzel felt sad and alone. She missed the prince and her dreams of freedom. One day, she decided she would not give up. She found a way to escape. Using her courage and her remaining hair, she made a rope. She climbed down the tower and ran into the forest.
As she wandered through the trees, Rapunzel called out for the prince. “Help! I’m here!” she cried. The prince heard her voice and followed it. When he found her, he was overjoyed. “I thought I lost you forever!” he exclaimed.
Together, they ran through the forest, hand in hand. They found a beautiful meadow filled with flowers and sunshine. Rapunzel felt free for the first time in her life.
They decided to return to the kingdom together. With the prince by her side, Rapunzel felt brave. They told the king and queen everything that had happened. The king and queen were overjoyed to find their daughter.
Mother Gothel was never seen again. Rapunzel and the prince lived happily ever after, sharing their love and laughter in the beautiful kingdom. And from that day on, Rapunzel was never alone again.
